Champion
Microelectronic Corporation - Champion for short
- was established
in 1999 with the express
aim of designing and manufacturing quality power
semiconductor
devices for applications across a broad spectrum
of IT and
industrial platforms.
Founded
and headed by pioneers of both Taiwan's and North
America's
semiconductor sector the company
made its headquarters in Taiwan's
Hsinchu
Science-Based Industrial Park, where it maintains
a production
testing facility and logistic
control center.
Champion's
advanced design center was set up in the high-tech
area of San
Jose California - more generally
known as Silicon Valley. The latter is manned
by
experienced in-house engineers drawn from the
ranks of some of the
world's top semiconductor
companies.
Product Information
Lower power and higher operating
frequencies are driving innovation
in analog/linear circuitry especially
with a general market trend to reduce
size and weight of electronic product.
This requires a range of high performance
standard analog integrated circuits
using silicon gate CMOS, BiCMOS and
Bipolar wafer manufacturing process
technologies for application in the
communications, computer, consumer,
and industrial market.
Champion products are toward this trend,
which include
